使用 Windows Mobile 系统智能手机的用户大都对即将到来的 Windows Mobile 6 怀揣着极大的好奇与希望，都想看看这款下一代的移动操作系统究竟比我们的 WM5 好在哪里。现在希望来了，除了等着买一台新的 WM6 手机以外，你现在可以在 PC 上直接模拟运行 WM6 系统，而且所有这些都是微软官方提供的。
实际上，微软并没有专门提供这样的模拟功能，这些是通过 Windows Mobile 6 的软件开发包加上 Visual Studio 实现的。因此，过程稍微麻烦一些，并且需要 Visual Studio 2005 的支持。
首先需要到微软网站下载如下三款软件：
- Device Emulator 2.0 Beta （1.1MB）
- .NET Compact Framework 2.0 SP1 （16.7MB）
- Windows Mobile 6 SDK（专业版388.2MB或标准版150.6MB可任意选择，当然是专业版了）
安装它们之后，就可以从开始菜单打开 Device Emulator，选择 Device Emulator Manager，再选择Windows Mobile 6 Professional Emulator，右键单击 Connect，一切搞定！
等待一下，一个完完整整的 WM6 手机就会出现在窗口里，可以使用鼠标键盘来控制它，运行所有功能操作。当然，不能打电话拉。
